What is your return policy for tea and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most unused accessories and unopened tea. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food or tea products.
Do you offer free shipping on orders?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within Canada and the United States. For orders below this threshold, a flat-rate shipping fee applies.
Are your tea sachets compostable?
