At DAVIDsTEA, we want you to love your tea and accessories, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened tea and unused hardware. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened tea or consumables.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your tea is unopened and in its original packaging, or that your accessories and hardware are unused and in their original box.
Contact Support
Reach out to our customer care team with your order number and receipt to receive a Return Authorization Number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box, attach the provided return label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
